Corps Diplomatic International Ltd works with independent suppliers, buyers, processors, agents, inspectors, carriers and service providers.

A commercial relationship, introduction, shared service, domain arrangement, email facility, insurance arrangement, booking assistance or logistics coordination does not create a corporate group, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, guarantee or joint and several liability.

Each transaction binds only the legal entity expressly identified as a contracting party in the applicable transaction-specific written contract or accepted pro forma invoice.

Where Corps Diplomatic International Ltd is identified as buyer or seller, Corps Diplomatic International Ltd assumes the obligations allocated to it under that agreement. No separate business or individual becomes a contracting party or guarantor merely because that business or person assisted with communications, sourcing, documentation, booking, insurance or logistics.

A bill of lading, notify-party reference, shipping instruction, email address, product marking, insurance designation or “on behalf of” notation does not independently create a purchase obligation, payment obligation, guarantee or contractual relationship.

No employee, representative, broker, intermediary, service provider or related person has authority to bind Corps Diplomatic International Ltd unless transaction-specific written authority has been granted by an authorized officer of the company.

No person has authority to bind another independent business or individual merely because that person communicates through a company email address or assists with a commercial operation.

No director, shareholder, secretary, officer, employee, representative, spouse or family member assumes personal contractual liability for an obligation of Corps Diplomatic International Ltd merely because of that person’s position, communication, participation or relationship with the company.

A personal guarantee must be expressly contained in a separate, transaction-specific written instrument signed by the person concerned.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of a personal statutory duty, a valid personal guarantee or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website content, inquiries, correspondence, negotiations and price discussions do not by themselves create a binding transaction.

A transaction-specific written contract or accepted pro forma invoice must clearly identify the participating legal entity and applicable commercial terms.

The transaction-specific signed agreement takes precedence over website content, general policies, marketing material and non-binding correspondence.

This notice applies prospectively from 1 February 2026.

It does not amend, reinterpret, transfer, create, waive or extinguish an obligation arising under a pre-existing contract. An existing contract may be amended only by a written instrument signed by all contracting parties affected by the amendment.

The company name does not claim or imply diplomatic, governmental, intergovernmental, military, consular or state affiliation.
