These terms apply to the use of this website and its content.

• Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.
• Availability, specifications, documentation and delivery terms require written confirmation for each individual inquiry.
• No transaction exists until a written contract or an accepted pro forma invoice is in place.
• Group companies: Royal Spices Guatemala S.A. (NIT 103937722) and Royal Spices, the sole proprietorship export entity (NIT 1701316K), both registered with SAT Guatemala, are members of the CORPS DIPLOMATIC INTERNATIONAL LTD group and act as origin-side sourcing, processing and export members. Royal Spices USA LLC (United States, currently under construction and not yet trading) is also a group member and will act as the group's North American import and distribution entity; it becomes bound by the trade compliance framework from the date it commences operations, as set out in that framework.
• The legal, compliance and trade policies published by each group member are incorporated by reference and apply cumulatively to any trade in which that member is involved. Where an origin-side policy imposes a stricter standard, the stricter standard applies. Separate legal entities remain distinct and are not automatically liable for each other's obligations, save that CORPS DIPLOMATIC INTERNATIONAL LTD accepts and assumes full responsibility for Royal Spices Guatemala S.A. (NIT 103937722) and Royal Spices, the sole proprietorship export entity (NIT 1701316K), in every legal context in which either entity may be engaged, jointly and severally with the entity concerned and without counterparties first exhausting remedies against it, as set out in the trade compliance framework. That assumption of responsibility does not extend to Royal Spices USA LLC before that entity becomes bound.
• Dual legal compliance: these terms and the trade compliance framework apply only to the extent they comply with the mandatory laws of both the United Kingdom (including UK company, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, export-control, customs, food-safety and data-protection law) and the Republic of Guatemala (including SAT tax and FEL invoicing rules, Decreto 67-2001 and Decreto 58-2005, and MAGA/VISAR phytosanitary and export requirements). Where the two systems differ, the stricter requirement applies; any provision unlawful in either jurisdiction is severed to that extent only.
• No diplomatic, governmental, state or official affiliation of any kind is claimed or implied by the company name or by this website.
• Where documents are issued in more than one language, the English contract documents control unless otherwise agreed in writing.
